ACS INTERNATIONAL MEMBERSHIP FORM
As the U.S. Post Office no longer offers Periodical mailing rates for International. Members, the cost of mailing your ACS using first class rates makes your member dues very high. The ACS now offers our International members the option of downloading copies of The Camellia Journal and the American Camellia Yearbook in lieu of hard copies for the price of a regular membership. In addition, previous ACS Yearbooks and Journals will be available to you also on the ACS website
