COLOR PHOTOGRAPHS: It is mandatory that you include at least four digital color photographs with your application. Please make certain that two different views of your flower are presented: (1) Looking into the face (top) of the bloom, (2) face of bloom with a measuring devise, such as a ruler or coin, (3) a side view showing the bloom height, and (4) a photograph showing the overall growth habit of the plant must be presented. If the new cultivar is named for a person (including a deceased person or a minor child) you must obtain permission to name the cultivar for that person.
