Is your Club/Society an ACS Member? If not there is a $30 fee for registering as an ACS Cooperative Show which entitles you to receive the " Show Kit" - see below. You can pay that fee when you are checking out or you can mail a check to the address at the bottom of the form.

The "Show Kit"includes the following items at no cost:

• 2 Gold Certificates (Sweepstakes)
• 2 Silver Certificates (Sweepstakes)
• Four copies of the most recent Camellia Journal
• One copy of Rules and Regulations Governing Procedures & Judging of ACS Cooperative Shows
• One copy of Camellia Culture for Beginners
• 10 membership applications
• Other Items of a timely nature as appropriate

You can also special order individual items as discussed below - you pay for these on a per item basis.

By submitting this form I/we agree to abide by the ACS rules for judges and judging, as well as other requirements for holding Cooperative Shows. Wherever possible, I/we will use the Society’s Cooperative Seal on show schedules and other show publications. I/We will also provide a suitable booth staffed by our members where memberships in the American Camellia Society will be solicited. I/We will promptly furnish a report on our show on the standardized ACS show results reporting form. A copy of the most recent Camellia Nomenclature will be available at the Cooperative Show.
